Last Day of August

Well today is the last day of August. It has been a very hot August day. Though I hate to see summer end I'm looking forward to our family vacation this fall. This vacation to Disney really has me excited! I can't wait to take the girls I know they are going to love it. I just hope all of these hurricanes are over before our trip.

This has been one of the worst sinus days I have had in a while. I will be so glad to get a little rain so everything is not so dusty. We were suppose to go to a friends house in Nashville tonight but Chad has had a few stomach problems and my sinuses are killing me so we stayed home. So while I have been in front of the computer I decided to check Courtney's grades. Overall she has straight A's but she is failing Ag. How the heck do you fail Ag? When she gets home from the neighbor's house we are going to have a long conversation about groundings.

Courtney's First "Date"

Well last night Courtney had her first "Date". Her boyfriend turned 15 last night and his family took him out to eat and invited Courtney along. They went to Toot's to eat and I think even though she was nervous she had a great time. He seems like a really sweet boy and his family is really nice. I can't believe Chad actually let her go! She must of wore him down.

Cierra's 1st School Dance

Well Friday Cierra had her first school dance. She had told me Thursday that a little boy had ask her to dance with him and she told him "no, I don't dance". She also told him she was just going to the dance to hang out with her friends. As you can tell that by the picture that is what she did. The picture includes Cierra, Macy, Kennedy, and Emily. They had a great time but my little baby is growing up.

21 Years!!!!

Well on Wednesday Chad and I have known each other for 21 years!!! That's a long time! I can't believe we have been together since we were 13. Not many people can say that. The scary part is that we now have a daughter that is older than what we were when we meet. It's so funny to look at these pictures. I wonder if my hair could've gotten any bigger? Courtney and Cierra laugh everytime they see these pictures. Don't worry, I'll have some good ones for their kids to laugh at someday.

WE GOT A WII FIT

I can't believe it but I finally found a Wii Fit today. One of my friends call from Target and said they had them in the store. So I hung up the phone and ran to the store and got one. Right now I'm terrible at it but hopefully I will get better at it each time I play. IF not, I hope I at least have fun. My Wii Fit age is 52. Pretty sad. When the game ask you to stand on it the system makes a little noise. I actually think it is being a smart ass. The girls and Chad seem to enjoy it to. Maybe it will motivate us to be a little more active. If not I have something to make fun of my fat butt.

Cierra

Well today Cierra was Baptised. I'm so proud of her! We had several relatives to come down to share her special day. She told us that our family is finally complete. I know she was nervous but she did a wonderful job. I'm so glad God gave me 2 wonderful girls.

YEAH!

Well I have some fabulous news! Cierra has decided to get baptized next weekend. This is a big step and we are so proud of her. We will post pictures next weekend.
